I have recently moved to the Newport area and have passed by your dealership on a number of occasions. With my GMC truck needing service I decided to use your facilities. Of the three times I have brought my truck in there I have received nothing but exemplary service from both the Service Advisor and the Service Technician. Laree Townsend has gone way up above and beyond to help me out getting my truck service, making me feel like a valued customer and helping me out every which way she could. Being in the retail industry myself I find it very rare these days to find someone who has the abilities and personality she does.
